Incredibly Comfortable Uniforms

I have purchased scubs from ICU uniforms on Gateway Blvd. many times over the years. They have a newer styles and colors but I have always found the prices expensive. The staff have been helpful not anything special.
Being a plus size customer, I checked out their website prior to going to shop this past weekend as not all uniform shops cater to larger sizes (I typically shop online for this reason.) I was pleased to see they offered the new Koi Spring’15 line up to size 3X. When I arrived at the store, it was full of beautiful prints and styles but only up to size XL. The very limited selection of plus sizes is outdated, frumpy, tired styles. They also charge $ 10-​$ 20 more per item than the exact top or bottom in the smaller sizes.
When I asked the clerk if they had anymore selection or brands advertised on the website, she said «No thats all the plus size we have.» I said I felt misinformed as I checked the website prior to coming to store. She shrugged her shoulders and said she could order it in but I would be charged the shipping. I declined to do that and left. I did buy one top but after some thought I think I will return it.
I won’t be shopping her again. Very disappointing.

ICU has a large selection of scrubs, in different colors, sizes, and brands. I always find what I’m looking for here. There is not always sales, but prices are fairly average for quality scrubs, anyways. I usually choose solid color, matching tops and bottoms, which they always carry here in sets. I also like the brand Koi, as it fits really well. Staff are usually helpful and friendly. This is where I always go to purchase quality scrubs.

Staff is rude and they have poor customer service. I used to shop here a lot but over the years I found the service has deteriorated. They no longer offer the great promotion of three or four full sets for $ 100, but rather now you only get 25% off when you buy three sets. The staff, the last few times I have been in was rude when I was asking questions about their pants, can I go try this on etc. After I had finished trying on a set, I put it back on the hanger and went to re hang it on the rack and a staff member snatched it out of my hands and said «give that to me». Unfortunately, this store has good product, but the staff is very rude and the customer service is extremely poor.

I.C.U. is my go to store for nursing scrubs. They carry a very wide selection of brands including Pro, Urbane, and my personal favorite, Koi. They have a huge selection of prints and basic colors for girls and guys and they usually have a good selection of sizes. They also have a small selection of shoes, specifically the white kind that you have to wear in nursing school. Recently they have started giving out reusable bags when you make a purchase and if you bring the bag back the next time you make a purchase you get a discount. The store itself is nothing fancy, but I don’t think a uniform store needs to be anything amazing. The staff are very friendly and don’t mind if you try on tons of stuff.
