Booked a general checkup appointment for 11 am. Showed up on time and spent the next 45 minutes in the waiting room before finally being moved to an exam room where I spent another 45 minutes waiting for a doctor. I eventually walked out as 90 minutes to see a doctor for a scheduled appointment is ridiculous. Not to mention the ONE washroom in the clinic was out of order and staff had no suggestions for where to go. I’ll never be returning here again.
