Edmonton House

This is a terrible place for a nonsmoker. Everyday, my bathroom stinks of cigarette smoke and a couple of times a week the whole apartment stinks of cigarette smoke. I really can’t stand it. The positives of Shant C.‘s are all true. I would love living here too if it weren’t for the poor construction of the building. The internal insulation between units is very poor.

Edmonton House is the best place I’ve ever lived! I’ve had the opportunity to live in all the major condominiums in Edmonton and can now truly appreciate what a wonderful place Edmonton House is to stay. The Staff at Midwest Property Management are second to none. Their service and attitude shines above any property manager I have seen in the industry. They are fair, transparent, attentive, and they genuinely care about their clients.
The concierge service at Edmonton House is also a huge perk. Whether you need your laundry done or need to give someone access to your suite, the concierge is always there to assist you. No more waiting from 8AM to 5PM for the cable guy to show up! They’ll take care of that for you!
The facilities are constantly being improved and are truly quite amazing. The pool is wonderful, the gym is completely modern with brand new equipment that isn’t even a year old and they even offer yoga to their residents twice a week! Plus they have a resident lounge with an immaculate view!
The location of the building cannot be any better. Your parking stall is accessible from Bellamy Hill, the river valley, and 102^nd Street. This saves me hours a month in fighting traffic when going to and from my home. The South facing suites of the building boast some of the best views of the city’s river valley, all at a competitive price. When I consider the level of value I get from living in Edmonton House, I couldn’t imagine buying a condo or renting anywhere else.
As a busy young executive, this building truly complements my lifestyle and makes my life easier, whether I have meetings downtown, need to save time on daily tasks, or just want to enjoy the downtown lifestyle.
