Great Pizza. Good value. Friendly staff. Usually some kind of excitement or colourful character. Favourite spot for the late night crew. Great selection of slices. Donair pizza is a highlight. In truth, I eat here daily. Don’t forget to put honey and hot sauce on your pizza!

Amazing service, great pizza, toppings to the edge of the crust. I like this place. If you want great pizza and you’re on Whyte Avenue, head to this awesome pizza place. Again, the staff is so awesome. They treated me like a queen when I was there.

It was only after I ordered my pizza that I realized that the pizza sitting out wasn’t sitting under a heat lamp, nor on ice, meaning it was just hanging out on the counter. I popped in for a slice at lunch and saw that there was less than a full pizza sitting on the counter, half of what was there was pepperoni and the other half was Hawaiian. The sign offered a slice and a can of pop for $ 5 so that’s what I was aiming for. After getting the attention of the only staff person who was on, I ordered the pepperoni and the pop. She took my slice to the back to heat it up. When I got it, it wasn’t super hot as some of the cheese wasn’t even melted. The pizza itself was bland. Lastly, I’m pretty sure that the garbage can used to be right beside the wall as there was splatter all over the red paint. Overall the main product didn’t live up to my expectations(pizza) and I am super turned off by the pizza sitting on the counter and the dirty wall. I was so disappointed with my experience here today and I don’t think I’ll be back.

I wanted to hate this place because they replaced my beloved Funky Pickle. I pouted as I ordered the pepperoni slice. After one bite, all was forgiven. It’s a good slice. Good toppings. Good service. The only thing is that the price per slice is a bit higher than the Funky. I used to go in there with my last crumpled up $ 5.00 bill and that would take care of cost plus tax. Now you have to dig into the other pocket for a loonie to complete your purchase. I might be tempted to walk the extra block and get a cheaper slice at Checkers.(Not really).
