Do not use Cleanify if you can. Booking is easy, and customer service is responsive, but basically unhelpful. This service acts as a «hub» for local cleaners. It means you get luck of the draw with some unknown cleaner who can’t get work on their own. Our cleaners didn’t follow the proper communication instructions(I am a landlord living out of country and was communicating with my tenant to get the job done) and didn’t call to set up a time with the tenant. Then, the night before, they tried to cancel on me since the property is downtown because they refused to pay for parking. After telling them I would pay for parking, they still wanted to cancel. I managed to get it set up so that my tenant would pay the parking and I’d reimburse the tenant. The crew showed up and was completely unprofessional. Did a lousy job, and when less than clean items were pointed out, they claimed they had cleaned it and it was a permanent stain(even though we took a paper towel and wiped the areas and showed them that it was clean). They didn’t bring a mop(even though the booking agent knew we had linoleum that required washing), and failed to vacuum the floor well, if at all. It was still full of cat hair and other items. They were yelling at my tenant in their language and refused to comply with getting the job done, even though Cleanify supposedly has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I further contacted Cleanify about my terrible experience and no one responded. They have my money(the require pre-payment with no cancellation or refund — beware of that as well) and the whole experience left me very stressed and frazzled. DONOTUSECLEANIFY — horrible company that doesn’t care about quality work or good customer service.
