Stay away from this company. One of the worst management companies. Mr. Paquette (I think he is the owner) will lie to make sure Braden looks good. Unethical company. I wouldn’t trust anyone working for that company and managing your funds.

I just moved into town and was looking for an apartment on short notice. Contacted Braden Equities for help. Staff were very professional and understanding of my needs and budget. Chose the Edgewater building, which I am very happy with so far! I don’t understand the poor reviews because Braden Equities treated me so well. Highly recommended.

Because my lowest option here is 1 star in reality it would be –100 stars. People they have managing these buildings have no idea about how to treat tenants and or getting anything done in a logical way. They think they get paid just to cut the grass and sweep (once a week if we are lucky). NO SORRY YOU ALSO HAVE TO HELP TENANTS WITH ISSUES AND PROBLEMS WITH THE BUILDING!!!

Horrible property management company. They manage my building and they are as a matter of fact quite unfriendly to deal with and useless in many regards. I feel that I am being robbed every month after paying my condo fees.

Horrible management company! Served me 3 rental increase notices in one year (One illegally). Accused me of not paying rent when they messed up their paperwork. They don’t seem to understand tenant laws in Alberta. I have moved out of their premises and almost a month later have still not received my Security Deposit or any explanation as to why it has not been mailed. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere, unless you enjoy being taken advantage of.

AVOID renting an apartment if these people are the managers!
One of the most unfriendly apartment management experiences I’ve ever had. They are pretty unprofessional too. Took me a week of calling just to get past the secretary and actually talk to the building manager, who was apparently in meetings 24⁄7! Congratulations you just managed to screw the simplest task!
