While chain restaurants have a standard across the board, this location went above and beyond today. Maddie, my server was attentive, friendly and always smiling. She wasn’t in your face and really made the experience very pleasant for me. As well I am never disappointed in the steak and veggie plate here. I like my steaks rare. They never overcook here. I’ve been here before but the service today was outstanding. Thank you Maddie!

Would not eat here again unless I’m outvoted and there’s a group of us. The service was alright, but not great. Our server was a little awkward, which could be because she was new and a little nervous. I ordered the Mediterranean vegetable pasta, which is served with garlic bread. The pasta was luke-warm when it arrived, and the pasta itself was overcooked. The sauce was bland, and for a dish labelled«spicy» it had almost no heat to it. The mushrooms looked like they were canned, and the other«vegetables» were extremely thin and small pieces of onion and a few snips of spinach. The garlic bread tasted like charcoal, even though it was not completely toasted. I assume this is due to them toasting it on an open grill… Overall, you get the usual Boston Pizza ginormous plateful, but the quality is so bad, it’s not worth it.

My volleyball team and I will often go to this BP’s lounge after one of north end games. There are usually some drink specials and a hockey game being played. The servers always greet us with a smile and are willing to banter with us which adds to the experience. Usually, the food we have ordered has been pub style food and it has been consistently good. The Pizzaburger sliders are a treat! Burger wrapped in a pepperoni pizza = Homer Simpson drool. Always a reliable place to go to for after game bevies and treats.

Ordered a beer in the lounge and was going to order food. The air conditioning was blasted at I’m sure was full strength. It’s not summer yet people. All the customers were wearing jackets. Servers didn’t care. Bye bye. Not coming back. Food would have been cold as soon as it hit the table.

I normally don’t write reviews for chain restaurants, simply because they all tend to be the same. However, for two reasons, I’m making an exception. I chose this location simply because it’s the one closest to my home and the one I frequent the most often. The first reason is BP’s Sombrero Pizza. They used to have way back in the day and I haven’t had one in probably 15 years. So when I went in on Father’s Day it really made my day to see it back on the menu after so long(and so many other favourites have been removed from the menu). If you’ve never had a Sombrero pizza, it’s basically a taco/burrito in pizza form. They take pizza dough and spread refried beans, sauce, spicy ground beef and mozzarella cheese on it and bake it until everything is crispy. Then they pull it out of the oven and sprinkle cold lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese on top and drizzle that with ranch dressing. This gives you a warm crispy bottom and cool, refreshing top. Amazing! The second reason is BP’s has really stepped up their game for kids. Most restaurants have a placemat and some crayons for your kids to doodle on before the meal arrives. BP steps it up a notch with an activity booklet that has games, puzzles, hidden pictures and a decoder toy, as well as crayons! I have to admit, I was kind of jealous when the server gave my daughter her menu — it brought back so many memories from my childhood. Their kids meals also offer half a dozen different options in the main course, side dish and drink departments(several of them healthy too), then top it off with a customizable sundae as dessert. Kids never had it so good! All in all, BPs really impressed me the last time I went. I will be back, if only to have another Sombrero pizza!

Came here with a group of ten people and waited 1.5 hours for our food(sat in the lounge). We had to wave down the server for drink refills and when we finally got our food our pizza was burnt(see pic). I’m a big fan of Boston pizza and this is the only location that I’ve experienced such bad service. Definitely not coming to this location again.

If I could, I would give this location 3.5 stars. The food is usually consistent, while the staff is up and down. I love the meatball grinder sandwich! It’s one of those things that I’ll get a craving for, and it makes going to BP’s worth it. For other things, like their pastas, and even some of their pizzas, it’s not worth it. If you need something fast and ordinary, this is the place to go. The same can be said about most locations, with the biggest differences being in the quality of service.

BP food is pretty much the same at all their restaurants, and this one is no exception. Ive always found it to be quite good and not too expensive. This location is fairly busy, but the staff is generally very good and quite friendly.

We arrived for lunch on a Sunday and glad to find the restaurant not very busy and able to get a table for 9 easily. The menu isn’t anything spectacular but the usual sandwiches, pasta, pizza, and other finger foods. I usually stick with pizza or pasta and this time we shared a pizza. The crust is delicious but a little greasy and they were generous with the toppings. Compared to the price of ordering pizza, it’s more money but it does taste good. Wasn’t really sure the waitress wanted to be there and although she wasn’t terrible, she wasn’t that great either. Seems to be common with BPs, makes me wonder what their training for servers is like or their philosophy on customer service. This location seems to be frequented by many families but it wasn’t noisy.
