Longest wait ever! No clamato for Caesars and my friends drink came melted. We have been waiting 45 min for our appetizers and they have still not shown. Btw it’s not even busy… Never coming back…

If Jim Treliving gave a shi* about his company he would shut this location down. We have ordered take-out from here several times and they just can’t get simplicity right. Pure garbage. FIre the managers and hire people that actually care and know what they are doing. Food is always good, but the morons running the place can’t grasp the concept of writing down an order and fulfilling it. There is always something wrong with it… Maybe refrain from hiring the high school kids and spend an extra .50/hour to get staff in there who can count to ten without using their fingers.

Boston Pizza is Boston Pizza is Boston Pizza. It’s all the same. When I walked in, it took a while for them to seat me. It was because the regular server wasn’t around and I had to wait for the other person to actually finish with the paying customers before I was seated. I could have sat myself since there were plenty of seats available. When I was seated, I got my iced tea relatively quickly. My pizza came and it looked hot so I had it with a fork and knife. Then the server comes up to me and says, «you eat it with a fork and knife?» Um ya, if it’s hot, I ain’t burning my mouth, otherwise I would have initially ate it with my hands. So relax chick. Anyway the initial person that sat me down was pretty attentive and friendly and was extra chatty in the end, which made my experience a lil better. But I would have to be in the area and be in the mood for Boston Pizza but I definitely won’t go out of my way to head there.

I’ve been to a few Boston Pizza’s in the Edmonton area and I had a very poor experience at this one. I ordered a individual sized Pizza and some potato skins and for the most part, the food had very little taste to it. The waiter also seemed quite indifferent to my concerns and he seemed to hate his job by the look on his face. I give this location 2 stars because the food was eatable, that’s it.

I don’t mind Boston Pizza, but it’s never my first pick. I go here only, when there’s no where else or if a friend wants to go. They do have some good food, like the ciabatta chicken sandwich, the chicken caesar salad, and the taco salad. For some reason, I do not like their fries at all. They make me feel really gross, so I always get salad instead of fries. The side salad is usually pretty small though and is kind of a rip-off. I used to love BPs pizza, but it’s changed. It’s greasier and has more cheese now – not a fan. I don’t mind the atmosphere. It’s very casual, and I like that. I almost always find the service fantastic too. I find it difficult to find much that is healthy on the menu. I came here with a group of co-workers once, and we wanted some veggies. There were no veggies on the menu at all, except for spinach salad. Apparently, the kitchen has one of those cooking pans that doesn’t feel hot, when you put your hand on it. I still can’t figure out how that would work!
