My first experience with a «water cycle» or «hamam?» was here and WOW. The price was quite inexpensive but the quality was amazing. The changing rooms made me feel out of place as they were so beautiful yet I’m a classless lady. The attendants were very friendly while remaining non-​invasive and the actual hamam area itself was gorgeous. The large space meant that you could enjoy yourself even if there were a number of other people sharing the steam rooms or other steps with you. Would certainly love to return if I’m in the area.

Finished a great deep tissue massage today from Josee. She tackled my problem areas without excruciating pain like some masseuses tend to overdo. We chatted about the sore areas and she asked if the pressure was good. This visit was a pleasant experience this time around. I will make a return visit and book her.

Ok. Not much more. Pricey for most services and average services at that. The front desk reception is just an area for 6 people greeting you like they are doing you a favour. Not much in the area in the way of spas and that is the reason they stay in business. Not much in the way of competition really. A place where west island women go to say they went. The massages are pretty good, mani/​pedis ok but over priced and the facials are average.

I recommend this place for waxing — with Nadine especially — she’s sweet and her hands are quick with the waxing so the pain is minimal.
I don’t recommend this place really for manis/​pedis — they’re pricey and not that good. Massages and exfoliation were also so so.
