Sobeys

You’d think that a Sobeys is a Sobeys is a Sobeys, right? You’d be wrong. This Sobeys is somewhat conveniently located just off the highway near Main Street, and has a Fast Fuel gas station across the street. It’s an older Sobeys that does not quite need a revamp but could use a bit of freshening up.
The staff is nice, the store is pretty clean. Parking has been better. They do have a good garden centre in the summer, so there’s that. My complaint is more with how the store is laid out. It’s not the same as most Sobeys, and I find it so difficult to find what I need that I spend more time than I need to get my groceries here. A trip to this Sobeys is usually a test of my patience and an experience in futility, as I often leave without a few items on my grocery list. I’m not sure if it’s just because I can’t find the products I need, or if it’s because as it’s a smaller store, it doesn’t carry as much stock as my other preferred Sobeys’.
Overall, it’ll do in a pinch for me for my basic grocery needs, but I’d rather drive to another nearby Sobeys if I’m doing my weekly grocery visit.
