My first experience with a lawyer was not a very positive one.
I was referred to this firm, and more specifically Kent Rodgers. by BMO — Clayton Park, as they normally do their real estate work with him.
Unfortunately for him, I won’t be going back.
There is not much to tell, except that on two occasions I had his paralegal/​him not get back to me. and had to follow up myself.
The second time, someone still had keys to my storage room, and called him to look into it. he said he would. but after not hearing back for two months. I am guessing once your check cashes. they could care less about you.
This firm only serves to keep the negative stigma around lawyers going.
Go elsewhere, I know I will.
