I used this company for the first time about 18 months ago and a superb job was had by the technician. After such a great experience I heralded the virtues of this company to family, friends and workmates. Upon calling to rebook a repeat performance the cost had really shot up — $ 100(25%). After mentioning satisfaction with service and looking to book something NOW — the best the gal could offer was $ 20 off. Do not think so. Why do great companies always get righteous on price and then blow their brains out on chiselling past customers? The gal then reminded me to ensure whomever I use has a BBB membership — Is that worth a 25% premium?
