Preventous Cosmetic Medicine

My husband is a member at Preventous, and before our wedding I wanted to start a new skin care régime, and maybe get a little Botox for pictures. I went in for a free consultation with Rohan, and felt immediately comfortable. He was patient and answered all my questions. Because I was a first time Botoxer, I was super nervous about looking ‘fake’ or ‘frozen’. Rohan assured me he’d never put in too much, but would rather do less and add to it later if need be. The results were fabulous, and everyone at the clinic was so friendly and accommodating. No touch ups necessary! I have since been going back for several years now, and have used many of the services at preventous including Botox, laser treatments, juvederm, skin tx, and other skin care products, as well as personal training. Rohan, Shantelle, Kim, and Amy are amazing! I have and would recommend this clinic to anyone who asked. Their staff are fabulous, results are wonderful, and their prices are very comparable to anything else I’ve ever seen in the city.

I have no direct knowledge of the capabilities of this clinic but I am certainly ‘put off’ by the lack of available information on the nutrition program. Every nutrition plan whether it be through a registered dietician, registered nutritionist, Jenny Craig, Herbal Life, etc will perform a nutrition consultation at which time you would receive information and even samples of your expected products (menu structure etc). The fact that this clinic does offer an in person consultation, coupled with the abrasive and dismissive nature of Tara the Medical office assistant when I attempted to prompt for more information certainly turned me off of this clinic. Maybe nutrition simply isnt a focus, or maybe it’s customer service that isn’t a focus; which ever it is, they certainly will not be seeing a dime of my money.

This was my first of hopefully many more visits to this place. I got my eye bags filled here with Derma Fillers and am quite happy with the results. The building/​office is very very nice and clean, the staff super friendly, and the list of services endless. I can think of a few more ‘treatments’ i want done here so I’ll be back for more! haha
