Nat Christie Centre

²³⁄₃₀ 200^th review!
So far, I have modeled outside of the Nat Christie Centre and have seen a fashion show inside.
But, I have yet to see an actual performance! Not for lack of ballet appreciation; I’ve been to the ballet all over North America. Let’s just say I haven’t seen one *yet*. So, I will review the facility.
As a venue, it’s pretty spacious and classy looking. Wine bar for intermissions! Remember when movies had intermissions? No, because chances are you aren’t 70 years old. No air conditioning though, so it does get pretty hot and sticky in there fast. No polyester evening gown to the ballet, for you! So, minus one star because of the stinky sweat trap this place can become, which is about as unrefined and un-​going-​to-​the-​swanky-​ballet as you can be. However, having watched several of my favorite bands in stinky sweat traps, I’m sure I’d appreciate the ballet; regardless of people that think that showering is optional in the summertime.
Arrive early, because the parking lot is small.
