Mughal Mahal

I only had the Butter Chicken but it was fantastic! The owners seemed very kind and apologetic for the time it took (probably ½ hour) but they made it from scratch and it was well worth the wait. The price was very reasonable too.

Mughal Mahal is a brand new Indian restaurant affiliated with Awesome Pizza. I stumbled upon it one day and decided to try it for my next Indian fix. The menu is not very extensive, but offers a decent variety. The prices seemed very reasonable!
When I called to order the phone was handed to a young girl, she sounded like she was 12 years old. She was very sweet and took her time taking my order, making sure she got it right. I ordered the butter chicken, chicken tikka, veggie samosas, aloo goobi, saffron rice, naan and roti, the total was $ 37. Which is a steal! I asked if there was a charge for delivery and she said no. She said it would take about and hour since they make everything fresh. After my call a man called back and said that there was a $ 7 charge for delivery, he apologized saying the girl was new. So the total was $ 44. I received another call by the delivery guy asking where our place was exactly, so I told him directions, even though our place is right off a main road and it isn’t hard to find. He arrived soon after, it was less than an hour for our food. The man delivering looked like the owner, he was very nice, asking how our day was going and told us to enjoy the food.
That we did! The servings of butter chicken and aloo goobi were perfect! The size of the rice and breads was perfect! We even got a little salad with ranch dressing. The chicken tikka was just pieces of meat, no sauce, which was different than I have had. All the food was excellent! We did need to reheat it a bit though. The butter chicken was probably the best I have ever had! I forced myself to eat everything because it seemed like a waste not to!
I was very happy with the service and quality of our food from Mughal Mahal! I am very happy that I found this place! I highly recommend this place for your next Indian meal!
