I would assume by the name of the place that this is where you would go to take any sort of dance lesson possible. But, I would assume wrong.
Love 2 Move is actually a place that offers yoga, pilates and circuits. The classes are alternated so something can probably fit your schedule, and it isn’t too expensive either. There is also the option of having a personal trainer, if that floats your boat.
Aside from the exercise stuff, they also offer craniosacral therapy, as well as A.R.T. & soft tissue and massage therapy. If you’re in need of some TLC, this is the place to go.
If you’re not really after the work-​out or therapy, they also specialize in holistic nutrition. Someone will actually sit down with you and plan out a food map that is all natural and healthy.
