Golden Princess Restaurant

What a find! This is an authentic Chinese restaurant. The food is so good and so fresh. We ordered from the Chinese menu. The food dishes we had were as follows:
1) Fish Soup with cilantro and pei tan (preserved duck egg) — very well done and
2) Tong Choy with prawn sauce — so tasty and so fresh. Quite a big platter was presented.
3) Sea cucumber and chinese mushroom hot pot — sea cucmber was so soft. The hot pot was extremely hot. Love it when the food comes out piping hot.
4) Steamed live tilapia with ginger and spring onion in a soya and wine sauce — the waitress literally «caught» the tilapia fresh from the tank and it was immediately steamed. The fish was so good and the price was reasonable for what we got.
We will be back at Golden Princess!
