Had some waxing performed today by Selina, and was very happy with her friendliness (really helped me feel at ease), attention to detail, and professionalism. Will definitely be going back. If you’ve been thinking about getting some waxing done, I highly recommend Selina.

Elena is super professional and the place is very neat… just had my first Brazilian here and it wasn’t half as painful as I feared. Talking through the process really gets your mind off and you get to laugh a lot too.
Very lucky to get an appointment on the same day I called.
Prices? The best I have seen in Calgz thus far!

Honestly the best bang for your buck! Really affordable prices and Elena was very professional and friendly. She made the whole process a lot easier to go through. Her office is very clean and organized. The biggest thing for me is cleanliness which is sadly lacking in a lot of salons but Elena has maintained a very nice setting. Also, there is client parking on the back side of the store which is a plus. I definitely recommend this place.

After reading the positive reviews on here I’ve decided to call and see if I was able to get a appointment for brazilian wax. I was lucky enough to get in the same day. The place is semi small but very clean and tidy. I was greeted by Elena the owner and was very please with her service. She’s very professional and is very knowledgeable in what she does. She also does laser, facials and few other spa treatments. Her prices are incredibly good. There is a website you can can go check out. I would defiantly go back to her for waxing and would even try her other services.

I also heard about this spa through Groupon and I absolutely adore her. I have had two microdermabrasion/​facial sessions with her and I am very impressed with the results. Elena is such a friendly person and is very knowledgable about what she does. The prices are amazing as well! If you haven’t yet, take a look at her website and give her a call to book an appointment.

Found out about this spa through a groupon for a microdermabrasion/​facial package and I can honestly say that it was a great experience. Not only is Elena very knowledgable, she takes her time and makes you feel comfortable. Compared to a few other spas I have tried, I really enjoyed the microdermabrasion session and the way my skin feels/​looks. I look forward to coming back here, not only for the service/​results but the pricing is very competitive as well.

I’m embarrassed to admit that I usually only write reviews if I had an unpleasant experience… but not this time! Felix Skincare Clinic is awesome! Elena is friendly, gentle, professional, and knowledgable. Laser hair removal can be a scary thing… just read all of the other reviews for cheap laser hair removal off a flash sale. Within 1 minute of meeting Elena, I was put at ease. She really knows her stuff.

Went for my first brazilian wax and it was much less intimidating than I anticipated. Very quick, relatively painless!
The woman who did the waxing was very pleasant and when I mentioned that my inlaws were babysitting so that I could get the wax, she said that I should feel free to bring my baby along.

I read a positive review about Elena’s waxing at Felix and felt confident to purchase the Dealfind for 3 brazillian waxes for 55 $. I booked my first one right away and im so happy I did. Everything about it was as great as Brazillian waxes can get lol. It was fast, efficient, next to painless and she offered me 2 choices of waxes if I had a preference. I liked the stripless one best. Was amazed at how next to painless and irritation free her waxing was. Will definitely be back!

I first started seeing Elena at her old spa. At that point I had only one session with her for waxing but I was so happy with my service that i stalked her to her new location.
The combination of Elena’s personality, professionalism, quality of work and pricing; I would go NOWHERE ELSE.
I am now trying all of her other services because I am so happy with her! I have a facial booked for this weekend :)
I would HIGHLY recommend Felix Skin Care (and I am a VERY picky consumer).
