Wonderful customer service and very gracious staff!
Durand Bridal is a must visit for brides who are interested in receiving knowledgeable, personalized care where the consultant seems to have a genuine interest in you and your wedding. This was the first salon we visited while helping my niece select a wedding gown and based on the service we received, I wanted to write this review. She received such professional service and good advice that she knew right away this was the place for her.

This is a long overdue review. I read the excellent reviews for Durand Bridal before decide on choosing their salon as my first bridal gown shopping destination, and I was definitely not disappointed. I went to Durrand around 3 weeks ago. I had Brenda to help with my dress selection. Can I just say that she is super awesome? She made my family and I feel very comfortable for the entire session. I was also so impressed with the salon that I ended up purchasing THREE wedding dresses from them. Durand was the first bridal salon I went to and I’m very grateful to say that I found three amazing dresses that made me feel like a princess in each and every one of them. I love disney dresses and their Afred Angelo selection was amazing! Overall, I would give them 5 stars for customer service and 5 stars for their bridal selection! My wedding date is 3 months away so I thought I had to settle for off the rack dresses. HOWEVER, Leslie the amazing owner managed to have ALL THREE dresses ready before my wedding date! How amazing is that? If that is not excellent customer service, then I don’t know what is. I am so grateful for the beyond excellent customer service provided by every single staff. Thank you for making bridal shopping such an amazing experience! You made me feel like a disney princess that day! I highly recommend Durand Bridal to every to-​be brides out there!

I had such an amazing experience at Durand Bridal Wear. From the moment you walk in everyone will make you feel very welcomed and at ease. The consultant I worked with was very patient and listened to exactly what I wanted. The environment is very relaxing, they have many beautiful dresses and they even have chocolate! I would definitely recommend Durand Bridal Wear for a positive and fun time when choosing your dress.
