Insist on taking a copy of your credit card even if you are paying cash or debit. Apparently this is required for«future» appointments that you«could cancel» and/or any«additional costs» they may forget to charge on the day of your treatment! Say they will direct bill your insurance company but charge you first. Although this saves you some paperwork it’s hardly«direct billing». Overall extremely poor customer service staff with appalling communication skills. Then again, perhaps that’s why they are always advertising?

Got me in during the Thanksgiving weekend during an emergency. The Dentist(Dr Moussa) was patient, flexible, kind and personable and the clinic was beautiful. I won’t be back to my regular dentist… who I have been seeing for 30 years.

Please fix that my polishing unit was covered by my plan but the billing clerk said not and the overcharged amount was CAD60.00. This is annoyed… Next time I would not like you will repeat such thing! I should not have to watch my money like that but I did because I would have lost $ and still not seeing you fix it. If you were not sure please do not use my credit card like you did. Question: why didn’t the«honourable» billing clerk wait untill she will be sure. Overcharge doesn’t seem honest! Same the coordinator clerk did not want to take that note instead she tried to redirect me or exactly she told me to call the Accounts Receivable lady. She could pass the message herself before I advised her to do that. This is annoyed.

have been a patient of Deer Valley Dental care since I was a child. It may have been the first dentist I went to ever! So we’re talking 25+ years ago. So needless to say I am very happy with their practice. They have excellent hours — you can always get an appointment at a time that is convenient for you(early in the morning or after work in the evening too). They have a large excellent staff so you don’t have to worry about getting an appointment with your favorite hygienist as they are all quite good.

I had to get left side wisdom teeth out, and was freaking out. Dr Headley is their«wisdom tooth» specialist. As in, thats all he does. It took them about 6MINUTES and it was done! No complications, very routine. My appointment was at 11 am on Sunday(this place is amazing in the fact that they have 11 dentists who work there, so they’re open 7 days a week!) and at 7 pm I received a phone call from Dr Headley, just to make sure I was doing ok! Now that is service. The staff there are beyond nice, and friendly. The dental hygenist that gave me my after care instructions made sure i understood everything(i was kind of hazy from ativan to calm me). In the waiting room they have about 7 massage chairs, so when youre waiting for them to come get your for the appointment, you can have a quick massage. I have always been scared of the dentist(who isnt?!?) but this office goes out of their way to make you feel so relaxed and comfy.
