Clay was our second opinion after a disappointing appraisal of our house by another realtor. He was professional yet personable and we immediately felt comfortable with him. As a result of his research and personal, in-​depth knowledge of the local real estate market, he arrived at a price that was above expectations. While sceptical, we agreed to list at that price… our house sold within 24 hrs at slightly above listed price! While I’m not saying that performance can be always be repeated, I do believe it’s a good indication of what is possible with the help of a knowledgeable professional. Without his help, we would not have been able to move at that time (best case) or we could have bit the bullet and sold at a potentially damaging loss (worst case). Clay helped us find our new house and has continued to keep in contact with us over the years. Great service, aggressive and knowledgeable professional, nice guy… what more could you want in an agent.

Initially when our home was purchased, Clay was very helpful and provided a great experience, especially we were first time home buyers. Four years later when we tried to sell it we decided to sell through Clay again and ended up regretting it. If we hadn’t needed to sell our house relatively quickly, we would have changed realtors. His assistant was unprofessional, the entire transaction was full of issues that could have been avoided, and he did not respect our wish to provide at least 24hrs notice before scheduling a showing. I did not feel that he was committed to the sale as the open house was barely advertised and the little advertisement that it did have was on very short notice.
