I’ve always wanted a Montblanc pen, and I was overdue for a treat. Deven was very helpful and took wonderful care of me. Dealing with the staff at Brinkhaus is always a delight. They are incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and professional. While I was browsing their watches, i noticed a very nice two-tone Rolex Submariner. Perhaps in a few more years I’ll need another treat. There is something very special about this small shop that you simply can not find anywhere else in the City.

I also bought a Rolex. I had my eye on a Rolex Submariner back in 2004-05 and Tom Watson sold me on the watch and his outstanding customer service. He gave the most professional customer service and has kept in touch over the years too. I would highly recommend Brinkhaus for their customer service. I also recently purchased a Mont Blanc Pen from Tom for a friend and he again delivered outstanding support and customer service. This place is a great place to buy from. I highly recommend it and will go back to purchase a watch from them.

Lola Is great I am a working man no suit here and it was nice to get service looking like a regular Joe. Go to birks with jeans on and they look at you like you don’t have $ 5 bucks in your pocket

I’m a self proclaimed watch but. I’ve bought a few pieces here from Jim and have always truly appreciated the experience. Jim is both down to earth and very knowledgeable. He always seems to have time(no pun intended) to let you look, even when your not buying. If your looking for a new high end luxury watch, your journey will end here.

If your going to buy a new High end Watch, Jim Dawes at Brinkhaus is the person you want to talk to. He is genuinely warm and very knowledgeable. There is no expectation to make a quick purchase, nor is there any aloofness or snotty attitudes here. I have made 2 purchases here, and will be making a few more. I have and will continue to send fellow watch collectors to see Jim. His generous sharing of knowledge is much appreciated.

Personal Service.Promise.Deliver. I was on the prowl for a new watch — not just a watch but a WATCH. So, while in Seattle I took a close look at an Omega/Speedmaster/Broad Arrow and found my watch. Upon arriving home I found three stores, Brinkhaus included, which were official dealers. Over one week I proceeded to find store that might have the exact model that I desired(needed) — no luck. Omega dealers offer a special order which allows them to access the model in Canada and if not available they go direct to Switzerland. Brinkhaus was the ONLY store that offered a commercial arrangement which allowed equality(small deposit) while all others(JV and CJ) wanted a king’s ransom as deposit and provided plenty of ‘tude. The man that brought it all together at Brinkhaus was DEVEN — he listened, investigated and delivered as promised. DEVEN delivered the watch in three weeks opposed to the original 4 – 6 stated by the«other two» shops. Give him a call you will not be disappointed AND the store is a funky old red brick house on Sixth Ave. &8th Street SW that has been home to Brinkhaus since 1977.
