Went there looking for a tablet and opinions on what’s best for me. Having done prior research on what I might want I knew what to listen for. The sales guy was completely honest and helpful. He was a sales rep for samsung and sold me a google nexus 7. You can tell they’re not on commission and it’s great!

Staff is good for not pressuring you or buzzing around while you browse, but at times they can seem super uninterested even to the point of not helping at all. My recommendation is to do your research and purchases online, and only venture in if you have product specific questions.

Awful. I went to the Geek Squad to have my computer fixed. I had warranty which I purchased with BB. After awful customer service, he said it wasn’t under warranty and would cost $ 350. I went to Northland BB and they sent it away and got it fixed for free!!! Saved me $ 350!!! Bad service and they don’t know anything!

I would be visiting this place only when i find some good deals on their website. The collection of electronics is good. Customer service is only good to get you the things you look for but not so good at explaining you about the specifications about the product we are going to buy except one or two personnels. So better to go with a better knowledge and idea of the product you are going to buy. The collection of the products is not bad too. They try to cover almost all sections in electronics. Like with most stores, your experience can be totally dependent on the staff you deal with. At this Best Buy, about 1⁄10 experiences is good, so I can’t give them a horrible rating. I would say go to another one if you have the time though. The store is generally fairly unorganized and the staff is about as apathetic as I’ve seen. This is one of the places that will have 8 people working behind the customer service counter, but only 1 that’s actually doing customer service — the rest will be photocopying or chatting. I’ve gone here at least two dozen times and would say the level of knowledge of the staff is generally quite a bit lower than average, but I’ll still give it 3 stars because the one or two times I’ve had competent and helpful employees help me have evened out the other times where I wanted to walk out due to frustration stemming from the ineptitude of a majority of their staff. As I mentioned the store isn’t very organized and the stock is usually not reliable. I would shop online or go elsewhere.
