Stephen is a genius and always knows the right pressure. One of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had. I always leave feeling relaxed, with most of my deep knots worked out. He is also a lovely person and wonderful to talk to. He also knows when to stop talking, if you are not the chatty type.
The facility is warm and tranquil with a spa atmosphere and it is always clean. they have warmers on the tables, so crawling under the covers is cozy and inviting. Apex is not the cheapest place in town but prices are very reasonable, so a good value. Also, I always get my full hour, which is not always the case at other massage joints.

I definitely enjoy my massages at Apex:) When you walk into the building it has a very warm feeling and comfortable waiting area. The rooms are modern and clean. I could lay on those warm massage tables all day!
My experiences with the therapists have all been positive. They listen to your needs and work on your areas of concern. All therapists are licensed and have their 2200 hours so you don’t have to worry when planning to use your benefits!
The hours are also great and they have fit me in with really short notice a couple of times. Apex is the place to go when you need a solid massage without the spa experience.

My go to place for getting a massage in Calgary. It’s a bit out-​of-​the-​way but still inner city. It’s a large facilities that multiple RMT’s over the entire week and many slots. I’ve been able to get appointments when I called in the same day sometimes.
Massage therapists very by person but in my three years of coming here, I’ve never had a bad RMT. I have my favorites and I go to them and I suspect you will as well once you get a massage here.

I have been visiting APEX for 5 years, my favorite massage therapists in APEX are Carla and Amber. I love how Carla and Amber always provide me quiet time during the massage which let my body and soul fully heal after each section.
