Ordered the Exquisite Bouquet, supposed to have numerous (like 10) Cream/​White Spray Roses, Heather & Lavender Stocks & various Green fillers. was picked out especially because of the Cream/​White Spray Roses and Relaxing Calming of Heather & Lavender. NOT a single Cream/​White Spray Rose in the bouquet. Darker Purples but not Heather or Lavender like. This was to be an Exquisite relaxing, calming, «Sympathy» Bouquet and ended up with a couple of purple & white striped roses and little else and some weird greens. Really disappointed as this was purchased for a very meaningful occasion and instead of looking like an Exquisite Bouquet, looked like a CLOWN Bouquet especially for SYMPATHY! Sooooooooooooooo disappointed and embarrassed that this was even delivered to my very Best Friend under such circumstances! I appreciate that they have posted all over their website that they might have to closely substitute but I can tell you it is NOT EVEN CLOSE to the photo! I even upgraded it to the best price and paid a nice delivery charge for an easy delivery within the same community. If you don’t provide the product, don’t post the photos saying you offer it! If out of season take photo off! If many substitutes or changes are necessary, CONTACT the buyer to okay it or give them the option of choosing something else that is available! Never again will go with reputable past used florist even if outside community needed! Giving this florist an F minus!

When needed flowers last minute they were very helpful and they were very beautiful!!!

Strolled up to the store on Feb 13, 2014 at 6:20 pm. Doors were locked. Sign said they closed at 5:30. Smiling face opened up for me and asked if she could help. Need to score some points I said… Doghouse. $ 100 bucks cover it? «No problem». Gorgeous bouquet of cut flowers, beautifully arranged emerged in a few minutes. Still amazing five days later. The store is under new management. I didn’t get the new owner’s name but the helpers at the front say she has been in the industry for 20 years. It shows and is appreciated.

this flower shop is awful. got flowers for Valentine’s Day and the arrangement was was beautiful, had 4 pink 4 yellow and 4 red roses. The only problem was they died after two days. there website says there flowers are guaranteed so i called back to let them know. they said they had no problem replacing the flowers i just have to wait 10 days for them to get new flowers. i waited 10 days sent my boyfriend to go get them and he came home with 12 all red roses that looked like they were bought from Safeway. they didn’t even try to make the arrangement look nice like before. he paid 100.00 for 12 roses that looked like they came from Safeway i told him you better never buy flowers from this place again.
