I’ve outfitted my kids in snowboard/ski gear. I’ve found their return policy very good. They have a database which holds all our purchases for future reference(returns, exchanges, warranties). I like the 50% credit on kids gear exchanges once they outgrow a set. Staff was always friendly. It can be busy at times, so expect a couple days to have bindings set etc.

Have had only positive experience here. It is best to shop early in the season, but that’s like a lot of places. Outfitted the whole family in downhill ski gear for the first time last year. After trying some of the gear on the hill, were not happy with one pair of boots and one pair of skis. The boots were adjusted with free inserts, and the skis were exchanged straight across, also no charge. Every item we have purchased is stored in their very up to date computer system. Service has been great, and they were patient with the kids. Yes, it gets busy during peak times, so plan accordingly.

I’ve given this business a lot of chances over the past couple years, unfortunately I’ve come up against three common themes driving me to write such a poor review — consistently bad selection(December and they only had extra larges, no goggle selection, no pole selection, claiming they only get product in September), bad customer service(not overly knowledgable or helpful), bad return policy(they lack a computer system and will only do in store credit, turning that receipt into a rather large and unique Canadian dollar bill. Lack of computer system also leaves room for error and the staff mis-calculated my total when punching it in on a calculator).
