Seville Tailors

DO NOT GET A SUIT MADE BY THESE PEOPLE. You’ve been forewarned. had a terrible experience with this company. I am an actor who was filming in Vancouver and had to be measured for some custom shirts to be made. So i went in and the first thing I saw were pictures on the wall of Pat Cocco and some well known celebrities. So I assumed he was really good. As well as he came highly recommended by our wardrobe department.
So before heading back to the states, I decided to have a custom suit made. He took my measurements again and I paid for the suit in advance. I paid for a suit, a custom shirt, and a poof. He then told me it would take about a month to be shipped to me.
Over a month goes by and I hear nothing. I’ve gotten no updates… nothing. So now I’m a little nervous. I finally get Pat on the phone and he doesn’t remember me or my order. Finally after reminding him what I paid for and being on hold, he remembers my order and then says it will come to me in a week. It almost felt like they totally never even started it and were about to do a rush job to save themselves. A little more than a week goes by (making the total time a month and a half) and finally I get my suit.
The suit overall was just ok, and the arms were extremely too long and bulky. Even worse, I was only sent part of my order! It was missing the custom shirt and poof that I paid for. So now not only do I still need to bring the suit to another tailor, but I also didn’t get fully what I paid for. I got him on the phone again, he apologized and sent the custom shirt (which clearly they never even made) out within a week. The shirt arrives. The overall fit is good, but its so long it could be a dress.
I write this review because Pat is a nice guy, but the professionalism and overall work of Seville tailors is awful. I would never do business there again. Had I needed the suit for a specific function, I would have been screwed. Plus the fact of not updating me on my order past the estimated time, sending partially what I paid for, sending items that were off and still need a tailor just make it a place I would never recommend to anyone. Don’t let all the celebrity pictures fool you. Save yourself the headache.
