I am definitely coming back to this place!
I brought 2 pairs of boots that need heel replacements here. Both of the got fixed perfectly. It was very reasonably priced also. I’ve had this done elsewhere and its and least 50% more. If you live in the area, please sent your broken heels here!!!

I brought my favorite ankle boots in to Ralph’s as the bottom of the heels were deteriorating and the faux wood on the heel had worn out. I had been looking for a shoe repair store close by but reviews are hard to come by online so I was always hesitant. I finally came across Ralph’s on Unilocal and decided to give them a try. They did a great job in replacing the heel bottom and faux wood (I didn’t even know that was a thing) and they look as good as new. Total cost was about $ 30, but if you pay on the day of (not including same day service), you get 5% off. I dropped my boots off on a Thursday and picked them up on Saturday. Friendly and quick service. Would definitely come back. Store is accessible outside of Lougheed Mall in the southwest corner by the Tim Hortons.

The heals on my boots were really worn out so I looked up who in the area could fix them rather than going out and spending money on a new pair. I came across Ralph’s Shoe Service at Lougheed Mall and read their views and decided I would give them a try.
They did an excellent job on fixing my boots and they are now just like new again. Why spend $ 200 on a new pair of boots when I can just take them to Ralph’s and get them fixed for less than $ 50. Great deal if you ask me.

I needed a luggage wheel replaced in a hurry (as in my flight was leaving that evening), and they were able to accommodate! Thankfully they had a similar wheel size in stock. I dropped off my luggage at 9:00AM and it was ready for pickup by 11:00AM. Such a life saver! Thank you!

Ya this place is so cool polar bears wear sweaters around it? Seriously though other than generic don’t have to type compliments, this place is basically awesome. I have come here a few times over the years, and every time I left happy. Well I came back the next day and then I left happy. I would like to point out that since 2003 Ralphs has won the equivalent of the Oscar every year except for one. Now I don’t know how stiff the competition is in the shoe fixing industry, but that is still impressive nonetheless.
Okay so this may sound odd but if you ever need anything that needs fixing, I mean ANYTHING they will more than likely fix it. I actually needed a new fan belt once and considered Ralphs as an option. If you crack your head open and need stitches I would put money down that they would stitch you. One of the best parts is it seems like everything costs 20 bucks.
Anyways I don’t care how far away you live if you have issues with your favourite pair of kicks, or your letterman jacket needs some fixing. For great service and great prices Ralphs is the place for you.

Ralph’s was able to salvage my favorite pair of leather boots. In fact, they are better than ever. I also brought in 3 other pairs of footwear with the boots and did not expect them to be ready for another 1.5−2 weeks. I was shocked to be told to return in 3 days! And this was the Thursday before a long weekend. For the level of workmanship Ralph’s provides, the prices are VERY reasonable. I feel like the storeowner is a man who takes pride in his work– and rightly so!

Update: Be sure to drop off your shoes with the owner. There’s a guy who works there that charges an arm and a leg! Sorry, will have to knock off a star for that.

They replaced the soles on my shoes, but these were goodyear welt and the sole should have been stitched back on as well, which wasn’t done. I don’t know if they don’t have the equipment or the knowledge, but in my opinion they stop short of adequate.

When my soles need some tender loving care there is only one place I will take them… and that is Ralph’s Shoe Service
Having an extensive shoe collection which I have invested a questionable amount into it is great to know when a heel falls off or a pointy toe needs repair there is somewhere I can take them where they will be restored to their original glory.
With my cheap shoes they are actually in better shape after.
Plus service is quick to boot! Can’t wait two weeks for your favorite black pumps to be repaired? I’ve never waited much more than a few days, which was especially awesome when I brought in three pairs for servicing prior to an oversees trip.
