HORRIBLE HORRIBLE AND HORRIBLE!!!
Worst service ever!
I was so disappointed I came here to get my nails done for my birthday and asked for the coffin shaped acrylic gel nails and was told she knew how to do them… no she didnt they were all weird sizes and shapes not only that she made me pay before I even got my nails done which was definitely awkward when it comes to the tipping option before you even know what they look like. I asked her why I couldn’t pay after she said because shed be too busy and wouldnt have time to ring me through (even though there were 4 young workers sitting around playing cards).
My nails were horrible the sides weren’t painted I endedup repainting them 2 days later. Would not recommend this place to anyone !!!

I have been going to this shop even before it was called
Pantene Nails. we have tried other places and always come back here, my husband says the other places don’t put any «love into the job» like at Pantene nails. My husband and I go together most times, he loves the way Lily takes extra care of him and pays for extra long foot massage. Nancy and Ann both are professional in their treatment of me and they are excellent in their nail technician abilities. Also I have had waxing done here while the experience is not like going to a esthetician at a high-​end spa but neither is the price; still my many experiences have all been positive in the quality of the finished product. there are a few new employees that are still learning the art but they work hard to please you and are always attentive to change any thing I notice. I totally disagree with posts that make claim the tools are not sanitized I have seen them cleaning and placing tools into the infrared sanitizing machine. Above all the employees at Pantene Nails are sweet, humorous and lovely as well as professional. If you are wanting a high-​end European-​type spa experience this place is not for you, if you are down to earth and not expecting the whole world to stop because you NEED something immediately then Nancy & the girls can be a very good choice.

I will be the 1^st to admit when I am wrong, even dead wrong but since when did wax still stuck to your eyebrows, catching mosquitos constitute a good eyebrow waxing?
Walked by after work and they were still open until 7 pm so thought I could run in for a quick pick me up or as us girls call it, an eye-​opener!
Nothing quite makes you feel as good as well-​manicured brows; well there are other things but I won’t go there!
Anyhow, the «eyebrow artist» and I use the term loosely really had no idea what the hell she was doing, hence forgetting to wipe off the wax and I knew instantly I was in a heap of trouble. There wasn’t much I could do when one brow was done and the other was still waiting it’s turn.
$ 7 later rushed home to soak hot compresses on my face to remove the caked on wax. Will I go back; I’d rather let them over grow then even contemplate the ideal. Firm no!
