Both quality of work and their service are very poor. Hired to a ceiling repair, which left the ceiling in worse condition than before. Project manager uncooperative. I would go on to describe the problems, but a quote directly from the project manager sums it up far better than I could: «I can live with you being dissatisfied with the company as well as you reporting the company to the BBB, nobody who hires us uses this service.» — Lloyd Belfry

If I could have given them a zero, I would have. A very small claim dragged on nearly two months because of their incompetence. The project manager changed his tune every time I spoke to him. We got so frustrated with this company that we took a payout from our insurance company, and did not bother finishing the job. These guys charge staggering amounts of money for the smallest service and you will be at your deductible limit in no time. They billed $ 1800 to leave two machines in a small room for three days. Our deductible is $ 1000, so we figured we might as well go ahead and get a new floor installed. These machines rent for $ 200 a week at Home Depot or A & B Tool.

Appointments not kept. Deadlines not met. When OP’s subcontractors bothered to show up, they frequently didn’t have the materials and supplies needed to complete the job. They’d say they’d be back in a couple of hours, then disappear for days on end. Phone calls usually not returned for lengthy periods of time; when calls were returned, the shop owner(Lloyd) was inexcusably rude: his response to «When do you think you can have the work completed?» included a variety of words they don’t let you say on TV — really inappropriate. The work seems of mostly acceptable quality, but was never actually fully completed; I just got tired of calling OP back and back and back again to finish the job. I get the sense that’s what OP was counting on, that I’d finally give up. Well, OK, I’m sick of this and I give up. But I will never use OP again.
