We decided on their Green Tea Shaved Ice to share between the 3 of us. Sadly, the ice was too coarse; there were still large chunks of ice. Also, it was really watery. There was a pool of liquid underneath everything which was weird because the ice wasn’t melted and the ice cream was still very cold, almost frozen-like. The green tea ice cream was pretty good — it was creamy. However, it had red beans like the ones in the Chinese red bean soup which I don’t like… :(The rice cakes were okay but I liked the nuts on top to give it some texture. Service was not good either.

I came to this restaurant /dessert for total of 3 times and order different kinds of food and bring different kinds of friends here. Their food is really good and with many varieties. Most importantly, they are delicious. I like their decoration there. They are very busy though. So sometimes need to wait a bit longer. This is a unique and authentic Korean style dessert /restaurant. I totally would recommend friends to come to this place.

Was here also last night with a group of friends for dessert. Service I have to say is pretty bad here. We walked in asking for a table for 8 and the server there said they don’t have a table for 8 when the place wasn’t full. My friend had to tell the server to push two tables together for us to sit. We were literally here only for some decent dessert. They had a really nice menu but didn’t have what we wanted. They were out on 2 of the 4 shaved ice that were their seasonal items, out on seasonal fruits, green tea mochi, coffee and tiramisu parfait. That basically comprised of 70% of their dessert menu. We were pretty disappointed in that. So we just settled for whatever they had left which was chocolate, red bean, strawberry and green tea desserts. Service throughout the night was decent in a way because it was pretty quick. But I don’t think I will be coming back here.

30 minutes’ wait for mediocre food, and another 20 minutes for 6 pieces of ham. Waitresses walk in the speed of snail, and react like a turtle. With all the Korean restaurants around, there’s no point at all of coming here.

Feel free to come here if you enjoy waiting 40 minutes for your food on a regularly basis.

3 stars because of the green tea waffles. and ice cream mochi rice cakes are delish, but would of been a 4 star if the service wasnt as slow and shitty.

Basically a regular here… I normally come during the afternoon for sweets and a coffee, so I can’t agree or disagree with the bad night time experiences here(which seem to be the majority). It’s fairly steady on a Sunday afternoon but I’ve never had to wait. Their sweet pumpkin latte is delicious, but the green tea latte is even better. For sweets, I recommend the sticky rice waffle with maple syrup — it’s chewy and not too sweet, but it’s a pretty big portion for the price! I’ve also enjoyed the rice cake with black sesame ice cream — basically mochi with ice cream filling. Service is prompt, desserts and drinks have always come out quickly. Enough to keep me coming again and again when I’m in the area and craving desserts and something warm to drink.

This place is usually packed after hours for drinking and good night time dishes. Their desert selections as well as meal and alcohol side dishes are pretty impressive. They do not just cater to young koreans who wants to drink and eat during late hours. They are open for lunch and afternoon as well. I come here with friends instead of Starbucks for tea or coffee. Not very busy in the afternoon so it works perfectly for me and I like the traditional korean seats where you have to take your shoes off. Lunch/dinner is descent but they are really known for their rice cake selections. If you like sticky rice cake, give this place a try — I recommend fire grilled rice cake. Service is good if you know that there is a small red button on the corner of the table that you have to press if you want them to come to your table. If you do not know this, it feels like no one cares.

The service is slow, kimchi side dish is frozen, and the hot pot tastes like instant noodle soup. Bs forgot our bacon! Bleh!

If you’re not Korean, don’t even consider coming here… They don’t give a rat’s ass about you and basically act as if you don’t exist. They’re so rude & I’ve never felt as unwelcome as I did here. Generally, I’m easy to please, not a difficult customer at all, and a good tipper. But they really pissed me off. would not recommend this place. Oh, and also, what kind of restaurant doesn’t have seats in the waiting area?
