Ice Baby Bubble Tea

I only ordered the bubble waffle here so I can’t comment on their drinks or cold desserts but I honestly thought that it was quite good! At first, I was a bit skeptical since the shop seemed a little bit shady but in the end, I actually enjoyed the dessert!
The bubble waffle was very light and crispy, with a soft and chewy center. I felt that it was quite authentic and I loved how sugar was added sparingly to the batter. I really dislike bubble waffles that are overly sweet, so this was just right for me. I also really hate it when food vendors overcook their bubble waffle, making it way too crispy and not chewy enough. I would definitely come back!

Mango Papaya Juice $ 4.5 ¹⁄₅ — I told the guy that no syrup when ordering. The lady (the guy’s mom) who made the drink looked at the sheet of paper but totally ignored my request. She pulled 2 tupperware from the fridge but both of them looked like mango. I could not taste any papaya in my drink too. She added both the white sugar syrup and the mango syrup that you put on shaved ice.
(Grid) Waffle $ 5 — The guy set the timer and then pulled out the mix from the fridge. It looked like it was a few days old. He sniffed it and asked the lady if it still looked okay. Then he turned around and told us that the waffle was not ready which was better. I would not want my waffle after seeing what happened to it. (By the way, waffle is only $ 3.75 in the food court.)
Won’t go back! Go to the food court instead. Food is cheaper at the food court too.
