Absurd return exchange policy. I have never seen a 7 day return exchange policy in my life. To me it just spells out insecurity of their product.
I got a fairly expensive pen here as a gift. Went to exchange with a gift receipt the day after i received it. Unfortunately the gift was bought 9 days prior and the managers and store clerks were huge B!#@$s about it.
I am into the fountain pen community and never heard of this brand before. Looking at their pens in store they are all just rip off of other brands at a much more expensive price. I feel bad for my friend who spent the money on me but these assholes just prey on people who dont know anything about the hobby.
LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR GIFTS AND PENS. I recommend the Vancouver Pen Company in Downtown. Way better service, trustworthy pens.

Great service here, the girl here with the chipped nail polish (sorry, hard not to notice) friendly to show off the only 2 bags for men here, located on the right side. Comes with the shoulder straps but I couldn’t remember what she described that goes with the stiffer leather, not my thing. No different than the men’s LV.
A bonus here is they provide gift wrapping for free, so there’s my tip to the guys haha.
I can tell you that they’re located on ground level, central atrium by Purdy’s.
