I dropped by the bell store around 5pm and was promptly assisted. I asked if I could get an LTE sim card because I had recently switched cell phones and upgraded to the nexus 5. John said he could do that and also helped to install the sim card for me when I told him that I didn’t know how. The new card works well and I was happy with the overall customer service.

Located top floor beside Jugo Juice. Decided to check them out as my Rogers plan won’t allow an upgrade to the Passport til my contract expires but that’s ok, don’t mind a 3rd phone ;) One of my phone is always burning up batteries, but I digress. For $ 70/mth, I could get a Passport but only 500 mg of data… highway robbery. True, I can tether off my unlimited business plan but it’s a pain in the a$$. Gousigan somewhat helpful, not pushy, offered to slice off $ 100 off the phone, but no dice.

Agreed! There is no customer service at Bell stores. This upper level location has the most unhelpful, unknowledgeable, unprofessional staff working there. Yes, depending on who you speak to at the store will depend on the lies told to you… IF you can get their attention. Same thing, I walked into an empty store one day and waited for one of the four guys standing behind the counter to assist me. They were too busy chatting to even care to stop chatting to assist me. I finally left the store and went to Rogers.

The customer service I’ve recived has been awful, no one seems to know what they are talking about and I get a different answer depending on who I speak to. Sadly this still ends up with no help to me. I’ve been stuck with a type of phone that seems to have a nasty glitch(Seriously, stay away from the Samsung Reclaim), it took forever to get mine replaced after it broke down four different times, each time it was sent off to be repaired so I was without a cell for a few weeks at a time, and each time it came back with everything deleted, set back to factory default saying nothing was wrong with it. Now the new replacement has had the same glitch and Bell is refusing to do anything about it. I pointed out I pay extra per month for insurance, they tell me that only covers a lost or stolen phone. But oh! There is a way they could«help» me get a new phone, it would just mean my plan jumps from $ 60 a month to $ 80. Why is that, I ask… but the dude just shrugged. I’ve also lost my ring tone that I have bought several times, each time they tell me to log into the Bell site and that it will be in the«My downloads section» of course its not there and I re-buy it. A couple times I have gone into the mostly empty store and they like to pretend you arent there no matter how many times you politely try and get their attention they look right through you. I do not recomment Bell at all.
