This is the most unprofessional and unhelpful property management company I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with, and given how unhelpful most property management companies I’ve dealt with are, that is saying a lot.
Our strata is now in its third property manager in six months, as the previous managers were dumped for poor service.
Each agent we’ve had rarely picks up the phone, replies to emails with terse, uninformative replies, and deflects any responsibility. Many times, our issues were never brought up with council.
Stay far away from this company, even if they are the cheaper option for your strata.

We dealt with Milena Carella. She was very unprofessional.
She never showed-​up during the viewing of the unit we wanted to rent and asked the current tenant of the unit (at that time) to show me around and the rest of the potential tenants.
She gives you «one question-​one answer» reply on the email. never give you complete details until you ask, like they all say NEVER ACKNOWLEDGES your emails and would just simply reason out that she’s out and on the go all the time – as if there are no smartphones these days and she also has an assistant… so she has no reason to not update her clients.
She would never admit she did something wrong and would even make things your fault. Customer service is way below the negative sign!
You will be dealt with, with procrastination and unprofessionalism if you enter in an agreement with them, so do yourself a favor DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT HIRING OR DEALING WITH ANY OF THEM!

Worst strata management company. Hard to get a hold of an agent even during office hours-​voice mails are ignored, emails are ignored unless you keep calling them until you get a hold of them. Are they living in 19^th century and travelling on horseback? Everyone has a smartphone and access to emails-​at least acknowledge that you received it and you will reply.
And the action part? Forget about that. Cant be bothered with doing anything in a timely manner. Seems like you are their last priority as long as you are paying them strata fees. Take them to court and sure their ass off
