Terrible food and service. Ordered the butter chicken for $ 11. It effectively tasted like a $ 0.60 bowl of Campbell’s canned tomato soup, with the equivalent of the amount of chicken on a single drumstick. Basically, a bowl of crappy soup with a few random pieces of chicken in it. The owner smiled and did not care when I mentioned it and in fact pointed to another customer, saying they ordered it too and were not complaining. No attempt whatsoever to remedy the problem . Their paapdi chaat appetizer was even worse — looked like someone had watered down the yoghurt so the whole thing was tasteless and cheap tasting. All in all, the people running this place have 0 sense of customer service and terrible cooks. I expect this restaurant will die off soon, as it deserves to. Btw, being that I am Indian, I can tell you with 100% conviction that this is terrible Indian food — try Baba sweets just a block up the street — WAYWAYWAY better. I wanted to try this place just because it was new to give it a chance. Big mistake.

We LOVE Agra! Since moving to the neighbourhood we have ordered take out from this place dozens of times. In an area totally saturated with Indian restaurants I’d imagine it could be hard to stand out. Not here though, these guys are the real deal. Their food is delicious, flavourful, and authentic. My husband and I are currently working our way through their menu. So far we love the butter chicken, shahi paneer(maybe the best I’ve had!), and chicken curry best. During dinner you can get most dishes with naan for only $ 10. This amount comfortably feeds us as a family of three. I have a feeling Agra is well known for their sweets as well, hence the name and stacks of pre-folded boxes ready to be filled. We have tried many and have loved every single thing. Warning: some of the baking is VERY sweet. Almost to an unenjoyable point. Over all the service is great and I love being able to see people creating the amazing food in the back kitchen. The staff are great about making recommendations and seem genuinely happy to see us when we come in. We love Agra and recommend it every chance we get.

I love their samosas and am a frequent shopper at this store. It’s a family run business. They add the extra touch which is hard to find in this area. Give them a try.

My girlfriend and I stumbles on this place. We had gone to Bombay Bistro, but they weren’t serving the chickpeas with the deep fried bread that night. Shame, that’s what my girlfriend was craving. So we upped and left… crossed the street and walked into Agra. We asked for the chickpea dish… and they said sure. Not only was the food really good, but it was sooooo cheap!!! I think the dish was $ 5.50 each… We have decided that we are going to eat there at least once a month… went back last week… the food was just as good as the first time. The family is really nice, they are attentive, and very friendly. It’s not posh at all… strictly a hole in the wall… but a hole in the wall that I will gladly revisit many times.

I was impressed the samosas were fresh and piping hot. I tried a veggie and the chicken which was recommended in the last review. The fillings were both very flavourful and had that great warming quality that good samosas do. Way better than the place just up the street. Can’t bear the value and quality.

They make the best chicken samosa in entire world(I’m sure you know in India no one sells chicken samosa, so far to my knowledge) It’s a small business new owners, small hard working family They are very quick every time I have ordered anything for take out Love supporting small family owned businesses I loved chaat, kaju burfi, gujiya, paneer curry and chicken pakora
