Incredible service. Very sweet servers. They took care of all my needs and every staff member always has a smile on their face

Yes, you’re a Swiss Chalet. Which gives you credability.
But this particular location (for delivery /​takeout only) is more apt to make an error on your order. This has happened more than once.
I have complained before, and, the manager very nicely apologised, and, re-​imbursed the meal that was not correct.
Dining in is fine. It’s a very ‘family’ location because of where it’s located.
So…that’s why this location only gets 3 stars. I really enjoy Swiss Chalet. Period. Just please try to pay attention better on your takeout /​delivery. It can be disappointing.
