Hip Ink Custom Invitations

I found Hip Ink on Etsy and ordered my invitations through a premade design that I fell in love with. Sarah was easy to work with and quickly sent the example invitation that I ordered. The colors were very true to the photos and it came with different paper and ink color examples. I procrastinated on ordering my invites and so I was rushed to get them in time. Sarah helped accommodate and worked fairly quickly, she did go own vacation several times during the process which created delays. However she didn’t charge a rush fee because of this and shipped the invitations to me in Texas from Buffalo, NY to avoid delays. She also created custom favor tags, table numbers, a map and seating chart to match our original invitations. Everything looked fantastic. The seating chart was edited last minute due to the ever changing head count so she sent me the file to have printed myself (easy enough at Kinkos).
One complaint – the RSVP cards did not end up having the «please respond by» date on them it was supposed to… I didnt notice until they were already sent out. To compensate, Sarah gave me 25% off on the rest of my order. Overall I thought the quality was great and the pricing was VERY reasonable… I shopped around quite a bit. Would recommend using Sarah for custom or premade designs in Etsy. She was easy to work with and produces quality work. I would prefer this vendor to the generic sites with mass produced cards as you are working directly with the owner and can modify and customize to fit your needs.
