This place is always clean and the staff are always helpful. They offer a variety of different classes and workshops through out the day so you should be able to find something to fit your schedule. I do the Moksha 60 class which is a good mix of skill levels, enough newbies that I did not feel self conscious and enough experienced people that there’s always someone close enough for you to watch It’s located above Starbucks which is nice since you don’t actually have to go into the mall and that you can book and pay for classes through the Mind Body Connect app.

i find this moksha is a very disrespectful place of business. i was given a gift card as a gift and wanted to use it for a discount they were offering. after being told that i cant use a discount on top of a discount. which is very honestly stupid. i should be able to use my gift card for what i want to use it. they gave me this response of they cant afford to have this be used as they are a small company. i feel i was very ripped off and i would not be returning to moksha yoga in brampton and to everyone don’t buy gift cards as they have limits on what you can use them for.

I visited this yoga place with my Prana Passport. They were able to sign me in right away. The location is a bit difficult to find if you are not familiar with Bramalea City Center(like me) because it is located outside of the mall and it’s a unit on second floor… Parking — there are lots of parking but may not be exactly in front of the building. Instructor — the instructor i had was really good! Studio — they only have one studio, got hardwood floor, nice heating panels hanging on top… Changeroom — no lockers … it’s clean… but maybe more benches would be great, or move them away from the shelf, so people changing at the bench won’t block people from getting their bags out of the shelf.

This Moksha location recently opened in the heart of Brampton. As far as chain yoga locations go, it’s one of the better ones in GTA. It’s new so that could be a reason for the ‘freshness’ but staff here seems to be really passionate about the practice. That’s pretty inconsistent as far as my past experiences with the Moksha brand since instructors are always dishing out instructions in an almost listless manner*. The seating area is a little lacking, I wish there were more seats for those anxiously waiting to get into the class, but I was happy to browse through their ample yoga accessories** available for purchase while waiting for the class to start. The practice room is gigantic, minimal and beautifully lit with handsome dark colours, so the effect is soothing. I don’t remember my instructor’s name, but she was engaging, hilarious and extremely involved in the class. I will definitely be back. — — — - * The average Moksha teacher is less passionate than the independent studio teacher, but every so often I am happily proved wrong. ** There was a strange container of yoga mat cleaner promising to «remove 99% percent of bacteria, including HIV»!!!
