This company Metro Air Home Comfort Solutions is Horrible!!! Don’t waste your time with them. We got a quote from them that was a lot higher than all the other companies out there at $ 4,100, I told them that their prices are too high, the rep went back to his manager and came back a few days with another quote at $ 2,900, we said ok right away and signed with them on the 2^nd quote and PAID them in FULL. A few day later I called to check when they will be coming by for the installation and the rep than told me that they have made a mistake on this deal and I will cost $ 1,000 MORE if we want all the same stuffs like.
We couldn’t believe that a establish company this Metro Air could be make a $ 1,000 misquote, so we contacted the companies and spoke to the Sales Manager and another person higher and they both were not willing honour the SIGNED contract or to negotiate on the pricing, bringing the price back to $ 3,900.
If a company is like this at the beginning of the sale, I can’t imagine the service level after the job is done. It seems like even if you have everything in writing is still not good enough. I could take legal action but really… it’s not worth the time and legal fees. SO whoever is looking to purchase from this company, be very careful, they are very good at the first appointment to get the sale but afterwards is a different story… there is so many other companies that is better out there.
