I have been wanting to write a review for this place for a very long time. I got some laser hair reduction treatment and got severely burnt. These people are not professional AT ALL — I got the treatment done twice by two different people. The last lady obviously had no clue what she was doing — I’ve never felt that much pain in my life and the area was swollen immediately. A few days later, the entire area turned black (it was on my face too) and I kept calling them and they said it will eventually go away. I waited TWO months, kept applying vitamin E and polysporin and finally went to a hospital’s dermatology centre where they had to prescribe me some really strong creams and warned me to stay away. It took a total of 6 – 7 months for the scarring to totally fade. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! They also do a terrible and sloppy job threading eyebrows! They forced me to pay an advance deposit and I never got it back. And by the way, they never even called me back to follow up… terrible and UNPROFESSIONAL moneygrabbers!
