Unfortunately I have been here multiple times because it is the closest to my house. However every single time I go, I have a problem with the same person. There’s a guy with long hair & a beard named Gavin, he must own the place. Never have I encountered such poor customer service. Not only does he talk down to his employees, he will speak to you in the rudest & most condescending manner you’ve heard. The first few times I thought maybe I caught him on a bad day, but it’s happened much too many times. You have to see it to believe it! I can’t believe somebody trying to sell products treats people like dirt. Absolutely worst customer service.
