We used Dr. Carpet after the big flood of July 2013 in Toronto. I’m not knowledgeable enough in this area to judge technical skill, but their customer service was excellent and they seemed to work hard to make all their customers happy and get the job done properly.
When we called them they answered the phone, and they showed up when they said they would. When more work was required after I’d paid them, their service was still good, unlike some companies whose attitude changes as soon as they’ve been paid.

These guys are awesome. They were on time and efficient. Much better then Prestige Carpet Cleaning who I hired last year.
