I was searching for Child car seat clinics and saw on the government of Ontario Website that Dekra was listed. I called and they said they do free inspections, so my husband and I installed our car seat and then went to this location for a free inspection on Thursday, May 19, 2016. An associate named Chris inspected our car seat and explained where we went wrong and took the time to show us not only how to properly install it but the features of the car seat as well pumping up the tires for our stroller. Chris went above and beyond expectations in taking his time to provide us with all of the necessary information for us to feel comfortable in keeping our child safe. For that we thank him and Dekra for their time and dedicated service. We would definitely go back and would recommend Dekra to our family and friends.
