Ajax Mazda

Oh my lord. I’ve had so many issues with my 2015 mazda 3 and the service department keeps repeating the same false solutions that only solve the issue temporarily until it comes back in about a week, as is the case for my windows that keep sticking and the computer system that always freezes or restarts mid-​drive. They’ve been super friendly though, I feel like they’re family I see them so much.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Ajax Mazda for many reasons, one of them due to the wonderful customer service. When we came to visit the dealership, we began with taking a look at the cars outside. We didn’t expect any assistance, we were just browsing at the time, but someone came out of their desk to greet us and ask us if we need any help. When we visited other dealerships (i.e. Nissan, Toyota/​Scion, Mazda) we had to literally pull someone out of their office to come to talk to us. We really appreciate the customer service at this dealership. It exceeded our expectations. On another note, the atmosphere in the dealership is very welcoming, energetic, and exciting. I highly recommend Duane who made my purchase very seamless, even when he wasn’t there when I picked up my car (Sal, you are also wonderful). He also provided us a great deal and is very eager to help his customers even after purchasing the car. Nathan was the financial manager who also assisted with my purchase. He was a great guy, and looked out for my best interests while giving his honest opinions. I am so happy to have purchased my Mazda at this dealership. From the staff to the variety of cars, I had a wonderful experience and am very proud to have Ajax Mazda bordering around my license plate :)

Friendly staff and have especially appreciated working with the General Manager Bradley Wralinson. So many dealerships have a negative attitude. Not these guys!
A couple of things I really appreciate about Ajax Mazda.
One: A real person answers the phone when I call. I hate automated systems and every time I call I am greeted by a cheery receptionist who gets me routed directly to the person I need immediately. If they are not available I’m not left on hold forever. She comes right back, takes a message and I’m always called back right away.
Two: Great website. Easy to navigate the inventory.
Three: Again every single person I have dealt with from the receptionist to sales, to service has been a pleasant one.
Winning combo from a dealership that really seems to care. Highly recommended.

I’d say Zoom zoom away from the service center and go elsewhere. We bought a Mazda in 2007 and had them do warranty work numerous times and recently other work. I should have learned from those poor experiences I had before to go elsewhere. Better luck to you.
