Software was installed on my computer that I did not ask for, nor did the business owner check with me first before installing it. He mentioned what he’d done on the phone when he called to tell me it was ready for pick up, and when asked why he’d do something without permission he got very defensive and talked to me in a very condescending manner: «Well, my clients **usually** appreciate it when I make things better for them…». (How is installing a browser I don’t like, nor want, making anything better for me?). When I got my computer back, I noticed new pages had been «liked» with my facebook profile. It was obvious the business owner fraudulently used my profile to «like» pages he liked to boost their numbers. I posted a comment to his business fb page with my questions and concerns but it was deleted and ignored. I was also blocked from making any more comments to the page LOL. I also reported this to the BBB but he never answered that complaint either. I feel so disrespected and it all is very unprofessional. This man is not trustworthy.
