We haven’t been seated at the terrasse outdoor for couple of seconds that the «waitress» came and requested our choice in a very aggressive and pushy way.
It was the first time and first day my friend was coming to Belgium and she was shocked by the waitress attitude and by the fact she hasn’t been allowed to ask anything about the drink menu and that we were requested to shoot the order.
Though I’m living in Brussels, I was also astonished by this extreme unprofessional behavior so be sure I wouldn’t recommend this place to any colleague or friends. I would even specifically inform them to never come to this place in case they would fall here by accident!
We eventually said goodbye to this rude waitress went to another pub nearby where the service was thankfully nice and professional (Cheesecake Coffee in De Brouckereplein)

Awful service. I wanted to stop by a café for some tea and I had to wait around for 15 minutes when no one was there. Once I received my tea, the lemon had hair on it and the plate that the lemon was sitting on was also covered with tiny hairs. Needless to say I did not drink my tea and I will not be coming back.

Very poor service. I walked in around 7:30 pm and there was hardly anyone there. I was looking for a drink and perhaps a quick snack. I would later find out that they don’t serve any food, but that’s not the reason for the poor review. As I was looking over the drink menu I asked for the WiFi password and the bartender, as he is walking away, asks me what I will have to drink first. I order a Duvel and he finally gives me the password when he brings over the beer. As I log in to the WiFi, which is advertised as free, he interrupts me, asking me to shell out the € 3.50 for the beer. I pay and he sets down my beer and the Duvel glass. Every other bartender in Belgium has poured the beer I ordered into the signature glass of the particular beer. It may be a small complaint but Belgium is known for its beer, so the bartenders ought to indulge you in the experience.

Fuimos el primer día que llegamos a Bruselas y teníamos ya ganas de empezar a probar cervezas belgas. No soy para nada de tomar cervezas, pero las cervezas con sabores típicas de allí están increíbles.
Me tomé una cerveza Belle-​Vue Kriek, sabor a cerezas, me supo a gloria.
Nos tomamos las cervecitas en su terraza, está en una calle muy transitada y animada.
Destaco que tiene WIFI, estando de viaje, se valora mucho que los sitios la tengan.

I came to Rooster’s with some local friends and they recommended this place. It’s a super casual sports bar and very mellow. If you are looking for a bar that isn’t filled with tourists like the Delirium Bar this is like a street over. The staff are really friendly and the drinks are not that expensive. ENJOY!
