Love, love, love! Sweet, quaint place that’s obviously a neighborhood gem. Food was wonderful. Fresh pasta with great flavor! Highly recommend for a relaxing dinner out!

I can only assume the other reviews below were either written when the restaurant had a different owner/chef(which I hope!), or they were written by the owners themselves. Frankly, this is the single worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. Never have I paid so much for such awefull food. We were with three people at the table and two of us didn’t finish their food. My girlfriend had the ravioli and ate only half. I had ‘steak with fresh tomatoes and capers’. Let me tell you nothing fresh had ever come near my plate. Tomato sauce from a can would have had more taste, the capers should have been a salty accent but frankly, there was so much salt in the sauce that you couldn’t even taste them. The ‘steak’ was the thinnest slice of meat I have ever been served in a restaurant. It was so tough it must have been cooked for three hours, last week, and then left to dry outside. My portion was so small that I tried at my girlfriend’s leftover ravioli; those were tough doughballs in the same super salty, canned tomato juice. I did not discern any filling in the ravioli. We paid around € 20, — per dish for this. Having been a student in Amsterdam I have plenty of recent experience with cheap Italian places. The kind run by a few Turkish brothers who serve € 5, — pizzas. I’ve had pasta at plenty of those places that was half the price and more than twice as good as this. Try at your own risk.
