The hotel itself looks great, so I expected good service, fast wifi, yummy food. But i was terribly wrong. The room wasn’t all that bad, but the wifi in the hotel was TERRIBLE. I couldn’t even refresh my facebook feed. The corridors in the hotel were much like a labyrinth, I could only imagine trying to find a room while being under the influence. The breakfast was okay, only okay. But the ladies that cleaned up the buffet seemed to be in quite a hurry, they started packing up and storing away all the food at 9:50, as breakfast ends at 10AM there. And they did so in a rude manner, as well. They would push the food carts into people and not even apologize, they rolled their eyes on several occasions. I was not impressed by this hotel, but the room was nice, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. If you are just visiting Brussels and planning on spending NO time at all at the hotel(including breakfast elsewhere) then this isn’t so bad. But i would not recommend this hotel.

I am very in to hotels and enjoy the perks and hospitality of staying at hotels, and I will boldly say that the Bedford hotel was one of the WORST hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I went with my university so that was the only reason I was staying at this hotel. I don’t even know where to begin. Our hotel tour guide kept telling us that this was a «tricky area» or other know as unsafe or bad area and that when we walk out of the hotel not to goto the right and that be careful when using computers in the lobby. The room were decent with wood floors and lacked outlets. be careful what you do or say because your neighbors can hear you. I stayed in January and It was about 50 degree the whole duration of my stay. The heaters in the room would not work and would only blow out cold air. The WiFi here is absolutely terrible you basically have to sit in the hallway and every day you have to get a new WiFi code that is consisted of both numbers and letters. I was in my room one night and pulled the curtains back and noticed that there was black mold or «moisture» as the hotel stuff called it and they had me move rooms. I walk into the new room and the lights are off and someone is sleeping in the bed. I go downstairs and they giggle about it and have me moved again into a room that is slightly bigger. The staff here is also very incompetent and does not speak english well. Bottom line, DONOTSTAYHERE!

Die Zimmereinrichtungen sind alt und völlig verwohnt. Die Betten sind eine Zumutung. Es ist nicht besonders sauber und die Preise sind eine unfassbare Frechheit! Nie wieder!

Oh, Bedford. I stayed here for a week and that was enough. Maybe there were better rooms, but ours had cigarette holes in the comforter and a bizarro stain on the wall. Of course, no AC, but that seems to be on par with the majority of Europe. The hotel staff are sooo mean! Don’t rely on them for help. The saving grace of this hotel is its excellent breakfast. They have a great big room with a buffet-style continental breakfast complete with great pastries, fruit and meats. The bathroom was good, too. I would stay here again, if it were cheaper, but… there are better options available in other parts of town!

Comment né pas donner 5 étoiles à un hôtel comme le Bedford Hôtel Brussels? Il faudrait être blasé de la vie, dépressif ou idiot ! Cet hôtel a tout pour lui ou plutôt tout pour vous ! Je né vais pas vous faire l’article, les services sont ceux d’un grand hôtel, le personnel est aux petits soins. De plus, il est bien placé, un peu en réserve de l’animation bruyante du plein centre ville. Et vous, vous en avez pensez quoi?

Moyen Accueil pas pro, service et respo reservat. moyen, la qualité des chambres est très inégale parfois elle sont petites, le personnel n’est pas terriblement accueillant, par contre le décor est classique mais agreable, les portiers sont très gentils et accueillants.

C’est un 4 étoiles pas 2 Hall d’entrée superbe, accueil très pro. Le service est impeccable, la déco dans son ensemble est un peu vieillotte mais en-cours de rénovation(les moquettes en avaient besoin). Les chambres sont agréables, propres et confortables. La literie l’est également. L’approvisionnement des mini-bars n’est pas optimisé(un jus d’orange consommé n’est pas systématiquement remplacé le lendemain). Le room service est bon même si les tarifs sont parfois assommant(à 9 euros le bol de soupe, il né faut pas être grippé !). La rue du midi n’est pas un super quartier mais on est à 5 minutes de la grand place et du centre ville et cet hôtel est bien un 4 étoiles et pas un 2 étoiles et donc les tarifs suivent mais le service aussi…
