This is an upcoming restaurant In one of Antwerp’s trendy areas. The venue doesn’t hold a lot of tables so make sure you have a reservation. The interior is modern and kept stylish with the soft light and candles. Once you have arrived at your table you’re welcomed by a small snack of edamame, prawn crackers and a dipping sauce. The menu is limited(which is a good sign in my opinion) and they have specials. They do a surprise tasting menu, where the chef chooses for you. We decided to choose our own dishes and had the homemade dimsum, fish steamed in soy and ginger and the peaking duck. Everything was fresh, with elegant tastes. The dumplings were light and fluffy. My fish was fragrant with a subtle taste and the duck was perfectly cooked. Crispy skin but not overcooked. I really enjoyed my diner and will defiantly return. Just keep in mind that prices are high(this is NOT your ordinary Chinese restaurant).
